NAIVETY

Naivety is and will always be a part of life, but at some point, you have to grow.  And the only way to grow is to seek.  You have to seek knowledge.  Knowledge is power, misinformation destruction.  Think of it as if you were planting a sapling.  You would dig a hole and plant the sapling in the soil.  Once planted in the soil, the sapling would be surrounded by minerals, nutrients, and water that would enable it to grow.  But it is the sapling that must take up root in the soil so that it can start to grow.  It must reach out with these roots so that it can have an opportunity to grow.

And once these roots are extended, they will serve as support for the sapling, drawing in minerals, nutrients, and water from the surrounding soil.  And as the root system of the tree develops, the tree grows from one stage to the next; for example from the infancy stage to a youth stage.  And with each stage of growth, it is the roots that have to continue to seek more and more minerals, more and more nutrients, and more and more water from the soil, if the tree is to continue to grow.  As the roots seek more and more the tree will grow more and more.

It is the same way with you.  When you come to God, God plants you in the soil.  Yes, that is right.  God digs a hole and plants you in the soil of his word.  Once planted in the soil, you are surrounded by knowledge, wisdom, and discernment – all the things that will enable you to grow.  God has provided for you knowledge through his word, wisdom through understanding, and discernment through perception to encourage you to grow.

But it is you that must take up root in the soil of his word so that you can start to grow.  It is your faith that must take up root and start to grow, for without it, it is impossible to please God.  And after you have come to God, you must reach out with your roots so that you may have an opportunity to grow.  And after you have come to God, you must reach out with your faith and believe that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him and seek him.

And when your roots are extended, they will serve as support for you, drawing all of the knowledge, wisdom, and discernment from the surrounding soil of his word.  And as you develop your root system, you will grow from one stage to the next stage, for example from the infancy stage to a youth stage, all the way to the spiritually and morally mature Christian stage.  And with each stage of growth, it is your roots, we mean your faith that must continue to seek.

As your faith continues to seek more from the word of God, you will continue to grow, until you become that spiritually and morally mature Christian.  And when you become that spiritually and morally mature Christian, you will have the ability to understand the plan of God for this world because it would have been revealed to you and then you will have the ability to use the very words given to you by the Holy Spirit to explain the things that are of God.  And when you become that spiritually and morally mature Christian, you will have insight into the things of God because you would have received this revelation from God and then you will have the ability to interpret spiritual truth in a spiritual language that sounds foolish to him who is not mature, because he cannot understand nor accept those thoughts from God.

But you first must seek.  And when you seek, you will gain knowledge, knowledge that comes through his word.  And as you gain more and more knowledge, you will gain wisdom, wisdom that comes through understanding his word.  And as you gain wisdom, you will gain discernment, discernment that comes through perception into his word.  But regardless of what you seek, you will only receive that which you accept as truth in accordance with your faith.  Where you are with your belief determines the limits by which your faith or roots will extend.  To have a strong supporting foundation, you must fully extend your roots; you must fully extend your faith.

Remember, facts are facts, whether you opt to believe them or not.  Truth is absolute; however, your acceptance is limited to what you perceive.  Perception is limited to understanding, understanding limited to interpretation, all being limited by your knowledge.  Again, knowledge is power, misinformation destruction.  Can you see that everything appears to be based upon your knowledge?

But in order to get this knowledge, you must first seek.  Like the roots of a tree seeking minerals, nutrients, and water from the surrounding soil, you must seek knowledge in the same way from the soil of his word.  And as you seek, so shall you grow.  The more you seek the more you will grow.  God has provided for you all the knowledge, all the wisdom, all the discernment, all the things that will enable you to grow in the soil of his word.  But it is you that must take up root in the soil of his word so that you can start to grow.  It is your faith that must take up root and start to grow.

But once again, do not take our word for any of this.  Do the research yourself.  Check things out for yourself.  Look things up for yourself.  See things for yourself.  Study things for yourself.  Get the revelation for yourself.  Pick up the Bible for yourself.  Read it for yourself.  This is the only way you will get true knowledge.  Knowledge will not come through the church leaders, television, books, the Internet, and other various things alone, you must seek it for yourself.  You must extend your roots into the soil of his word so that you can grow.  You must extend your faith and seek knowledge, wisdom, and discernment – all the things that will enable you to grow.  God has provided all that you need in the soil of his word, but you have to extend your roots, extend your faith and seek.

We are growing, won’t you come join us.  Extend your roots, extend your faith, and seek revelation knowledge.  Remember, check these things out for yourself.

Enjoy your blessings and remember to be a blessing to others – KW

  1. I think that everyone should read the posts on Thinking from February and March, and then read this post. The two grouped together demonstrate how most folks have turned into Churchianity Drones aksing only to be spoon fed, instead of actively seeking God's Word for themselves. KW, I really enjoy this post! Thanks and God Bless!
